JA Update: We are so exited! The Social Coin Initiative will start again on Friday for three days! This means another 1,500 people will get help. JA Update: 460 kg of rice and 600 fifty baht coupons (social coins) were given to people this afternoon. They will use these coupons to buy food at the market. This way we help families in need and also help local farmers. Jungle Aid would love to continue social coin initiative, but we don’t have enough funds for it. We will do another day tomorrow, but will need at least 100,000 baht for the next week. JA Update: Food and rice delivered to PalaU Noi village by Jungle Aid volunteers this morning. Packages included rice, oil, noodles, soya milk, milk, fish sauce and tinned fish. Leaders from the village distributed the food packages to 70 families (approx 340 people).
