JA Update: This morning the nursing team visited two patients in Hua Hin. They gave advice on the wound treatment and handed out donations.

JA Update: Trip to Pala U Thai Village. Medical clinic, hygiene training, hand out scholarship applications, donations. The new water tank is in place, but the village needs two more water tanks. Each one costs 3,000 baht. Also they need help to fix the roof, approximate cost is 8,000 baht.

JA Update: Yesterday afternoon Jungle Aid delivered 225 kg of rice and some baby formula to Bonluk

JA Update: Huge thank you to Andy Burnett and Ben Neve for their generous 140,000 baht donation! And then 140,000 baht became 278,000 baht as Cisco matched their donation. Unbelievable! They have supported these amazing projects: Covid-19 food donations, a few patients that required urgent medical and financial assistance, and now, 57 children from PalaU Noi Village will receive sport kits for the sport tournament in September. JA Update: Jungle Aid normally concentrates on our four villages close to the Burmese border. During the hardships caused by the Covid-19 shutdown, we started helping people right here in Hua Hin. Most of that was supplying large amounts of food. However it also meant teaming up with other organisations and offering medical support. Today Jungle Aid installed grab bars and a handicapped shower chair for a stroke victim in Samor Prong who is completely paralysed on his right side.
