Update: I’m going to be taking a few weeks off to recover from a number of injuries that have been caused by a ligament sprain.
I now have a recovery programme to help me implement the right injury prevention and get back to tennis as soon as possible.
It will take some time to recover but I will be back stronger than ever 💪
Looking forward to competing again 🏆

Update: This weekend I played the 14U National Tour Finals (grade 1). Unfortunately, I struggled with elbow and shoulder injuries leading to retiring from the tournament.
However, I enjoyed the experience and learned a lot. And I will now be working on playing more aggressively.
I have regional tour u18 and u16 events over half term where I will be practicing my aggressive tennis.

Update: It’s been another great week of training at Halton. I’ve been working hard to create a high level of consistency in my rally balls and also focusing on the serve, return of serve and the third shot of the rally. It’s been really good fun working with the ProV3 squad and I’m hoping to see the benefits when I get back to competing. My next tournament will be the 14U National Tour Finals on 7 February. It’s been a big goal to qualify for the tour finals this season and I’m really pleased to have achieved it. Training next week will be all about preparing for this event. I’m also looking forward to 18U Bucks county training this weekend, and will be watching the Australian Open finals.

Update: I’m focusing on my training block this week after a pretty good tournament at the weekend where I finished third. Ed and I have been working hard to improve the quality and consistency of my ground strokes. I’m also concentrating on creating more leg drive in my service action. I was pleased with how these were going at the weekend. I’m determined to keep improving them before I play my next tournaments in February.

Update: I’m really pleased to be part of the @ProV3 family and looking forward to sharing news from my tennis journey with you. Over the last twelve months I’ve increased my commitment to tennis enormously, playing at a higher level and improving my ranking. In November, I managed to pick up my first international title, winning the 14U Tennis Europe event in Wirral (see photo). This weekend I’ll be playing my first tournament of 2020, a 16U singles Grade 3 in Cambridge. Training with Ed has been going really well and I’ve hit with Beth, Anna and Danielle in the last few days. Can’t wait to get back into competition! 🎾💪🏻

Ranking update (Juniors)
Ranking update: In December, I played a 16U Grade 3 event at David Lloyd Ipswich, winning the singles and finishing runner-up in the double with my partner Calum Fairey. Between Christmas and New Year I played the nationals event (Grade 2) in Sunderland. After a good first round win I had to retire in the round of 16 with an ankle injury. I’m pleased to say that’s now cleared up.
