What did you do to be more active? : 1. If you want your body to function in a proper way - have to go to sleep at least at 21:00, and wake up at least at 06:00 a.m.
2. You must set a proper food schedule. Proteins, fats and carbohydrates should be strained for the whole day.
3. Have to exercise 3-4 days per week if you want to save your body in sport shape.
